For End Users

In order to prevent people connecting to your charge point via the QR code on the device, each product has a uniquie 4 digit pin code. This pin code is printed on the sticker alongside the QR code for the product, this QR code and serial number is exactly the same as the one found on the charge point.

For Installers

If the pin code is lost (e.g. the installation manual was disposed of after installation), the pin code is still able to be obtained. If you log into the Partner Portal with the same credentials that were used fo the installation, by searching the product serial number you will be able to find the pin code for a product on the general tab.
