How to remove a stuck charging cable
Why might a cable become stuck?
A charging cable can become stuck when the user attempts to pull out the cable before the charge point as released it. There is a physical mechanism that holds or "locks" the charging cable in place when charging, or the charge point is set to tethered mode. If the user pulls on the cable when this is the case, the mechanism can become jammed. Fortunately this does not damage the charger, although is it is not advised to pull on the charging cable when it is in the locked status.

How to fix a stuck cable
All that is needed to remove the cable is to push the cable forwards into the socket, this releases the mechanism, then simply pull the cable back out and it should successfully free from the socket. Ensure that next time the socket as been released successfully through the myNexBlue app and is ready to be removed before pulling it.
